Our kids didn't want to leave, and neither did we!
The cabin was the perfect winter wonderland.

House notes
The rules of the house, in one place.
i.Check-in & checkout
- Check-in after 3:00 PM
- Checkout before 10:00 AM
- Self check-in with a smart lock
- Before you leave: take out the trash, turn things off, and lock up.
ii.During your stay
- Up to 6 adults, plus any number of kids 12 and under
- The person booking must be 25 or older
- Quiet hours 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- No parties, events or commercial shoots. We keep things low-key.
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- No open flames outside the fireplace. Tahoe's forests are highly fire-prone.
- Shoes off indoors, please
iii.Dogs
- Dogs need our approval before you book. Tell us about yours with Send Inquiry.
- Extra precautions and/or a pet fee may apply.
iv.The house & getting here
- Winter access: a 4WD vehicle and chains may be needed during or after a storm.
- Parking: up to 3 cars in the driveway. The garage isn't for parking.
- No A/C, but ceiling fans in every room, plus window fans, tower fans and cool mountain nights keep things comfortable year-round.
- Two floors. Stairs are part of the charm.
v.Cancellation
Our policy is firm. We strongly recommend travel insurance for weather, road closures or air quality events.
Tahoe is wild and wonderful, and occasionally unpredictable. Thanks in advance for your patience if nature has other plans.
